At My Escape Spa and Salon we have a passion to provide all our clients with the best salon experience possible. We have spent years perfecting our treatments and services to ensure that our customers receive the best results leaving you calm, relaxed and feeling beautiful.
Appointment and booking policy
We encourage all of our guests to arrive at the salon 5 -10mins prior to their appointment to enjoy the surrounds and begin unwinding and de stressing with a complimentary herbal tea.
If you are running late please let us know prior or with as much notice as possible. We may need to shorten your time with us as we need to take into consideration our next guest.
We will send a courtesy reminder email 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Please reply ‘Yes’ to confirm or call us if you need to change as we do kindly ask for 24hrs notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
If you do not confirm and we are unable to get a hold of you, your booking will not be secure and may be made available for the next person on our waiting list.
Bookings over 2hrs may need to be secured with a credit card details. We have a cancellation policy of minimum 24hrs notice otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may be applied.
Gift Cards is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. You cannot redeem your voucher for cash, or use it on a public holiday. It cannot be replaced if lost, so make sure you store it somewhere safe. To redeem your voucher you must present it at the time of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of voucher. Prices are subject to change. If a package is purchased the total package must be used on the same day. It can be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, or you can upgrade by paying extra.
